Over the course of 4 weeks, we truly will shift the way we train from day to day. We start the week with some upper body and core strength combined with kickboxing combos that will make you feel like a complete bad a🫢  The following day we train legs like an athlete, moving with precision, power, and explosiveness! Then, with a true shift, we embrace our grace with a mobility, cardio, yoga, barre, and Pilates inspired flow. We end the week strong with a full body strength workout that leaves no muscle left untouched. With only 4 workouts a week, each 45 minutes, there’s no excuse for not joining the fun!
