This is 6 Week Cardio kickboxing/mixed martial arts and phased strength training program.


This program is the very definition of training like a bad ass! This is how I train personally, and I’m so excited to share it with you all! These workouts are empowering, fun, and effective!

What do I need for this program?

For the Kickboxing:

You’ll need a couch cushion or a pad that you can punch for our “ground and pound” moves! But other than that, you don’t need a thing! If, of course, you’ve got a punching bag and gloves... use them! 

For the strength training:

The only thing you need are dumbbells! Since we’re learning to lift heavy, you’ll want to make sure you’ve got heavy enough weights to really challenge yourself. During filming, I used everything from 5 lbs to 33 lbs.

Here’s how this program works:

The beauty of the program is that you can customize it for your goals...we are working out together for 30-45 min 4 days a week… 2 kickboxing, 1 upper, 1 lower. Then you’re given up to 3 days to rest and to train the muscle group that you want to work on most! you’ll learn more about that once you sign up!

Just like any effective exercise program, this guide involves repetition of all the foundational movements... but we keep it interesting by adding some variety. Same moments, but with an occasional twist! 

Exercise, for me, started as a new way to punish my body because i hated the way it looked... Much different from the punishment before where I restricted my calories and barely had the energy to take the dog for a walk. but then something changed... I felt good when I exercised. Working out made me happy! As i got stronger and more agile, there was no question that i was officially obsessed. I had created this safe space for myself where i was able to be more! To lift more, to do more, to feel more. Gone are the days of being less. This is why I workout, and this is why I’ve created this program! To be more together. To be stronger together!

 

Weight loss goals?

I'm so excited for you guys to get to train with my coach, mentor, and personal friend Dan Boyle. Dan is a black belt level teacher in tae kwon do, muay thai kickboxing, boxing, and women’s self defense with over 30 years experience. He will be running you through all the kickboxing/MMA workouts. But don’t worry, I'm right there sweating it out with you! These workouts are intense, so get ready to sweat! You are going to love his coaching style! 

As for the strength training, I gotchuuuu! We are phasing our workouts the same way I phase my personal training clients. This is a great way to safely learn to lift heavy, and to really feel and see your progress.

We have 3 phases to get through: stability and endurance, strength, and finally, maximum strength and power!
