This is a 2 Week, High Intensity Strength and Conditioning Challenge.


Over the next 2 weeks, my goal is to make you say “OOO MMMM GGGG” as many times as possible!

TK OMG is a two week strength and conditioning program aimed at building endurance, strength, mobility, and coordination. 

We’re working out together 5 days a week (don’t worry, never longer than 40 minutes!) for 2 weeks. You choose your rest days!

I’m a beginner! Can I do this program?

This program is NOT intended for complete beginners. I recommend this for more intermediate exercisers!

 
 

What do I need for this program?

Dumbbells! The heaviest I used was two 20 pound weights, with 8 and 10 pounds being the dumbbells I used most often.

What’s included:

Here’s how this program works:

Once inside the member area, you will see your plan for the next 2 weeks. Click the video and follow along!

Each follow along workout consists of a mobility warmup, a full workout, and a cool down and stretch. I’m there to guide you every step of the way!

 

Over the next 2 weeks, my goal is to inspire you to move your body in a fun and efficient way...not to punish it, not to shrink it, not to do anything other than make it stronger and healthier (spoiler alert...it's also how you lose weight) We’re moving to thank our body for being freaking awesome.

Just like any effective exercise program, this guide involves repetition of all the foundational movements... but we keep it interesting by adding some variety. Same moments, but with an occasional twist! 

Loving your body at every phase of your journey is vital to your success in any exercise program. It is totally ok to want to make changes physically, but if it comes from a place of hate and disgust for yourself…you will never succeed. Focusing on the things we can control, like gaining strength and confidence, will help you live more comfortably in the healthy body you all deserve!

I’ve created this program to challenge you both physically and mentally so you can overcome things you never thought possible. I can’t wait to workout with you! See you on the inside!
