Hectic schedule but still want to build muscle and strength?! Get ready to get all your muscles POPPIN’!

I’ve created a 4 week full body strength training program that is low impact, uses minimal equipment, and each workout is only 30 minutes or LESS! 

POPPIN has 3 full body strength workouts a week that are designed to really sculpt your muscles and get them, well, POPPIN!  Each workout trains the entire body with 4 leg exercises, 2 upper body push exercises, and 2 upper body pull exercises. By alternating between upper and lower body exercises, we can take minimal rest and power through the entire workout in 30 minutes. On days 2 and 4, we work CORE with a quick 10 minute session. You’re then on your own to get in some form of low intensity cardio (walking, jogging, biking, or a zone 2 workout from inside the app!) All you need are dumbbells (light, medium, and heavy), a bench/chair or couch, and a fabric resistance band!
