This is a 12 Week Progressive Strength, Mobility, and Cardio Program.


Over the next 12 weeks we will master your new fitness routine!

This 12 week exercise program is designed to help you improve your overall fitness and well-being. It consists of a combination of functional strength training, stability training, posture and core exercises, as well as programmed zone two cardio for the days you’re not lifting.

Main focal points:

Functional strength training involves performing exercises that mimic everyday movements, such as squatting, lifting, and twisting. This type of training helps you build strength and endurance that you can use in your daily life. 

Stability training involves performing exercises that help you improve your balance and coordination therefore decreasing your fall risk.

Poor posture can lead to a variety of health problems, including back pain, neck pain, and headaches. This exercise program includes exercises that help you improve your posture and reduce your risk of developing these problems.

Core strength is another important aspect of overall health and fitness. A strong core can help you improve your balance, stability, and overall strength. This exercise program includes exercises that help you strengthen your core muscles.

Zone two cardio is a type of cardio training that involves working out at a moderate intensity level. This type of training helps you improve your cardiovascular health and endurance as well as improving your overall recovery from exercise.

Absolutely! We start with mastering the basics and progressing from there.

 
 

What do I need for this program?

Dumbbells, a bench or couch, and a resistance band.

Over the next 12 weeks, my goal is to inspire you to move your body in a fun and efficient way...not to punish it, not to shrink it, not to do anything other than make it stronger and healthier (spoiler alert...it's also how you lose weight) We’re moving to thank our body for being freaking awesome.

Just like any effective exercise program, this guide involves repetition of all the foundational movements... but we keep it interesting by adding some variety. Same moments, but with an occasional twist! 

Loving your body at every phase of your journey is vital to your success in any exercise program. It is totally ok to want to make changes physically, but if it comes from a place of hate and disgust for yourself…you will never succeed. Focusing on the things we can control, like gaining strength and confidence, will help you live more comfortably in the healthy body you all deserve!
