Merry Muscles is a 4 week strength and conditioning program that will keep motivation high during the holiday season! With 4 workouts a week, each under 40 minutes, there’s no reason you can’t squeeze it in. Expect two high intensity strength and power workouts a week, and two lower intensity strength and Pilates fusion. With this blend of training style, you’ll never get bored and you’ll really feel those strength gains!
